School Uniform

Uniform is worn at Cubitt Town Primary School to develop a sense of pride in being a member of the Cubitt Town Primary School Community. We expect all children to wear school uniform and the items suggested have been chosen for comfort, smartness and easy care. Jewellery should not be worn in school with the exception of flat-faced watches and stud earrings, although these must be removed for any form of physical education activity.

Please ensure that all items of clothing have the child’s name on them.

Girls

• Navy blue skirt, pinafore dress or trousers
• While polo shirt or blouse
• Navy blue cardigan, jumper or sweatshirt
• White socks or black/navy tights
• Children should wear trainers every day, as we do the daily mile. Trainers should be black, white or navy.​

Boys

• Black/Navy blue trousers or plain navy blue tracksuit bottoms
• White polo/cotton shirt
• Navy blue cardigan, jumper or sweatshirt
• White/black socks
• Children should wear trainers every day, as we do the daily mile. Trainers should be black, white or navy.​

Physical Education

• Navy blue shorts
• White T-shirt or house colours which can be purchased from the school office
• Black plimsolls or trainers
• In colder weather children are allowed to wear black or navy leggings and tracksuit bottoms

Swimming

• Girls: one-piece swimsuit, swimming hat and towel
• Boys: swimming shorts or trunks above the thigh, swimming hat and towel
